Aircraft Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Trees at Frequented Southern California Shoreline
A helicopter soaring near a well-attended coastal beach suddenly started spinning uncontrollably, finally dropping height and smashing into a cluster of palm groves as onlookers watched.
Recordings shared online show the chopper beginning to twirl near Huntington Beach then plunging in the direction of the edge of the coast, where it becomes wedged amidst palm groves and a set of stairs near the shoreline route.

Emergency responders reported five individuals were transported to a medical facility comprising a pair who were in the helicopter and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the accident on the weekend.
Three persons on the road were harmed. Details on their wounds were still under review.
